Diego,
Acho que eles mudaram a regra...
Achei uma versão antiga que dizia:
Developers should only charge for applications and downloads from Android Market through the Market's Payment Processor. Developers may offer free applications as access points to paid services for which customers have registered and provided payment information. This should not be used as an alternative means to the Android Market Payment Processor to collect payment for usage of applications.
Agora diz isso:
In order to charge a fee for your Products, you must have a valid Payment Account under a separate agreement with a Payment Processor. If you already have a Payment Account with a Payment Processor before signing up for the Market, then the terms of this Agreement shall supersede your Payment Account terms and condition for Products sold via the Market.

Thiago,Aonde você viu isso? Achava que não tinha problema.Obrigado pelas opiniões, se não puder usar o Paypal e publicar na Market vou ficar só com a solução Market/Checkout mesmo.
Atenciosamente,
