detectar o resto é uma coisa, basta ter dois olhos, nariz , boca, etc que é um rosto.

agora saber de quem é esse rosto, é o problema.

uma vez vi um cara falando que tinha uma API em C que fazia isso, e ele queria integrar com o ndk, mas me esqueci qual era o projeto.
