Eu ja conhecia esse site. o Google Alerts me mostrou ele um tempo atras.
Mas voltando ao assunto. Se tu vai implementar GPS poderia mostrar só as 10 cidades mais próximas do ponto atual do usuário. Como fazer isso eu não tenho a minima ideia.
