Estranho mesmo. Tenho um projeto aqui na versão 2.3 e não apresenta problemas.
Tentou dar um clean/rebuild nos projetos (sherlock e seu app)?

Então Felipe o erro ocorre na versão 2.3.4 com o theme Theme.Sherlock.Light.....Acho que tenho que mudar na referencia da biblioteca do Sherlock....Ou talvez não tenha setado corretamente para usar versoes mais antigas....--
