Entendi, O meu aplicativo leva 2 e meia para o Google play atualizar o aplicativo. 

Estou vendo como eu implemente webservice nele para eu atualizar daqui.

Porém ele se encontra manualmente para baixa. Visto alguns aplicativos já ficam só esperando a internet para atualizar ou quando abre um aplicativo ele avisa que tem uma nova versão.
