Galera, to na seguinte situação:

Tenho uma Activity que mostra uma lista de itens. 

Esse Activity no tablet de 7" será mostrada em "portrait" (em pé) porém no tablet de 5" quero mostrar em "landscape" (deitado).

Como identificar quantas polegadas o aparelho tem?

Vi na internet o seguinte:

Display display = ((WindowManager) getSystemService(WINDOW_SERVICE)).getDefaultDisplay();
int width = display.getWidth();  
int height = display.getHeight();

Seria por esse caminho mesmo?
