Verifica se está selecionado a opção de build automático no menu Project.

Ola pessoal,Tudo bem?--Estou com um problema no meu projeto,...Depois de executar o comando clean do eclipse os arquivos R.java do meu projeto e ActionbarSherlock foram apagados e não consigo re-gera-los...podem me ajudar?
