caras eu não sei, mas eu importei tudo tranquilo... se bem q é um projeto beeeem simples. Não usa nada de extravagante...
p.s.: uso mac com mountain lion e o mais importante, xcode atualizado. Ainda não testei no windows.

Eu tentei usar também e não consegui, mesmos problemas do Daniel, consegui importar um projeto simples que eu tenho sem problemas, mas os mais complexos dão erro. Acontece em diversas outras "locations" também, mas o erro é o mesmo em todos os projetos.

Tem gente experiente aí dizendo para esperar um pouco e esperar o Android Studio amadurecer mais, mas gostaria de ver funcionando nele.--
