Faça um teste Vinny. Remova todos os .jar do gson e depois importe apenas o .jar gson.jar (sem o source e help)

Ja tentei fechar e abrir o eclipse, pq de vez em quando ele perde umas referencias e fica doidão, mas nada ... continua sem reconhecer o importimport com.google.gson.Gson;
