Criar 2 ASyncTask

1º ASyncTask Onibus e no onPosExecute dela tu verificar se a sincronização foi feita sem erros e chama a ASyncTask do Horario Onibus

Eu fiz algo bem parecido com oq vc quer..

Funcionou perfeito...
