Essa classe ta direitinha lá no manifest?
Como voce ta chamando o mapa?
use:
<fragment
android:id="@+id/map"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="match_parent"
class="com.google.android.gms.maps.SupportMapFragment" />
e para referenciar ele no projeto:
private GoogleMap mMap;
mMap = ((SupportMapFragment) getFragmentManager().findFragmentById(R.id.map)).getMap();
Outra pergunta, você está com o GooglePlayServicesLibrary aberto nos projetos do eclipse e devidamente referenciado em seu projeto?

adicionei o projeto, coloquei pra on a API google maps versao 2 e criei a key como voce falo, so to com um problema agora, quando ele carrega eu olhei no debug e ele ta falando o seguinte:
