Não ficaria grande demais todo o cadastro de CEP num SQLite dentro de um Android?

Apesar de requerer conexão eu recorreria de algum recurso na Internet, por exemplo:

http://www.qualocep.com/busca-cep/<SEU_CEP_AQUI>

Pelo que vi os dados do site estão atualizados, retornando um HTML. Ai basta fazer um parse pra pegar os dados!

Eles também vendem o cadastro completo (não sei se isso é permitido) mas é uma opção também.

Além do que devem existir milhares de lugares "free" pra consulta e download...

Toca no google, tem milhõesssssssssssssssssssssssss de sites disponibilizando sua base "completa" de CEPs. 

 

Ou ainda, procura aqui na lista que tem outros milhõesssssss de postagens. Pode ter certeza, não é o primeiro a pedir isso e infelizmente não será o ultimo.... :/
