Meu Eclipse não tava com a aba Console quando habilitei ele foi batata "Found 2 versions of android-support-v4.jar in the dependency list"

Aqui na empresa tem um projeto que usa ActionBar Sherlock, KSoap2 e Simple-xml.
O projeto já estar finalizado e tal;
Hoje eu atualizei o SDK Manager e ate então sem nenhum problema...
Só que depois disso estar acontecendo conflito entre o ActionSherlock e o KSoap2;;;
Se o AS tiver add ao projeto ele deixa de reconhecer o KSoap2, quando eu removo o AS ele reconhece o-O.
Já remove e add tudo varias vezes, importei o projeto novamente, criei um projeto novo e add a KSoap2 e quando fui add o AS acontece a mesma coisa
ele deixa de reconhecer o KSoap2
PS: Tem outro projeto que tbm usa os 2 e nele estar tudo OK...
