isso normalmente é alguma "cáca" do JAVA. Veja qual versão vc usa, se deve fazer um upgrade/downgrade ou tentar aumentar as memorias utilizadas no eclipse.ini, normalmente a PermSize (-XX:MaxPermSize=256m).
