Ta usando ANDROID Studio ? Se sim, vai em Build -> Generate Signed APK e siga o procedimento..

Galera, está aparecendo essa msg p/ mim qndo tento enviar a 1ª versao de um novo app.--Alguém sabe aonde eu errei?"Você enviou um APK com um certificado que ainda não é válido. Assine seu APK com um certificado atualmente válido."
