Consegui acessar agora pelo emulador e nao deh connection refused só que pelo ipv4. Ja é uma luz. Fui pelo qhe o Enrique alertou sobre o Jboss e fix algo ni tomcat. Em server.xml alterei a propriedade resolveHosts=true. Porém vou testar pelo device somente a noite.
