Eu também achava que sim visto que tem o suporte Library V4
Mas o que é certo é que não funciona aqui comigo
Se eu definir que o minSDK para API 8 dá várias erros
O que estarei a fazer de errado
E depois fiz o download do projecto no site deles e vem com a API 14 no minSDK
Será que o problema é a Action Bar ?

Cara isso já é pra funcionar... Eu tenho uma implementação dessa no app da empresa e funciona muito bem com o minimo Android 2.2
