Segui o tutorial do google, entrentanto, essa opção não funcionou...
   Ao inserir a tag android:debuggable="true" dentro a tag application, o arquivo manifest apresenta erro e não complia.
  Segue o trecho do manifest.xml:

        android:allowBackup="true"
        android:icon="@drawable/ic_launcher"
        android:label="@string/app_name"
        android:debuggable="true"   ----- AQUI APRESENTA ERRO.
        android:theme="@style/AppTheme" >
        <activity
            android:name="com.example.teste.MainActivity"
            android:label="@string/app_name" >
            <intent-filter>
                <action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />

                <category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
            </intent-filter>
        </activity>
    </application>
   Existe algum plugin para ubuntu que resolva essa situação automaticamente?

Aqui roda normal em um Xperia SP e outros. Uso Linux Mint e Eclipse + Android SDK e cabo USB. Não uso os emuladores do Android SDK.
