Já se passaram mais de 3 horas, tentei com 2 contas diferentes de onde o projeto esta publicado. Sendo que uma nem é desenvolvedor. E nada.

Precisa da tempo sim e tem que testar com um e-mail que não seja o e-mail de desenvolvedor.
