Até onde eu sei, a diferença é a taxa cobrada pelo banco para fazer a transferência.
Estou em processo de abertura da conta como pessoa física, pois não tenho empresa aberta (ainda), portanto, não tenho muita informação a respeito.

Não precisa ter conta no Banco Rendimento para receber do AdSense.
