Feito....

Com o código sugerido do Gabriel e apenas colocando o filtro:
galleryIntent.setType("image/*");

Esta aparecendo somente imagens para ser selecionado...

Se mais alguém precisar tá na mão ....

Fu funciona quando abro com a intent "fotos" ...
Quando abro com a intent "multimídia" ainda tem as opções de abrir vídeo..

Na Intent que aparece aparecem vídeos e imagens.

Eu preciso que apareça somente imagem.

Alguém tem alguma dica?
