Aqui na consultoria transferimos recentemente um App para a conta do Google Play do Cliente, processo tranquilo mesmo considerando que o App tinha InAppBilling ativado... Tudo tranquilo...
No nosso caso, como ainda tinha o Server, exportamos o backup do mysql e configuramos o Back-End no Ambiente do cliente.
