Tenta usar o startActivity com o PackageManager http://developer.android.com/reference/android/content/pm/PackageManager.html#getLaunchIntentForPackage%28java.lang.String%29
E configura o launchMode como singleTop.
Estou supondo que der certo, testa e avisa aqui rs
