Foi o que eu disse, você tem que colocar um receiver pra ACTION_ACL_DISCONNECT_REQUESTED, não ACTION_STATE_CHANGED. E olhar EXTRA_DEVICE pra ver se é o seu dispositivo.(Nope, não vou mandar código)--
