Sim, basicamente quando vc abre o drawer, ele mata os menu items, e,
quando vc fecha, ele abre os do fragment, se o novo fragment tiver
menu items diferentes, ele vai popular os dele.

Cada fragment gerencia seus menu items...

O drawer pode gerar um item específico (global) ou eliminar os atuais!
