Resumindo, acho que a notícia está incompleta e com afirmações duvidosas:

Matéria:

Google:

Alguém aqui recolhe esses impostos? Como fazem?

Meus aplicativos são gratuitos e na matéria não fala nada sobre Admob, mas a princípio acredito que deve funcionar da mesma forma. O que acham?
