Luciofm, vc conseguiu resolver com o jarjar? Pode passaar o caminho das pedras?

Estou com o mesmo problema...

Estou usando o proguard, mas tive que fazer trocentos -keep e -dontwarn para o app compilar...e mais alguns para arrumar erros de tempo de execução.. e ainda não consegui testar o app para ver se corrige o erro...

Utilizei como base: http://proguard.sourceforge.net/manual/examples.html#androidapplication

Assim como o Luciofm, ocorre no phone SGH-T399

usei um config simples só com aquela linha e recebi muitos erros...

Gerei uma versão usando jarjar na AppCompat, pra renomear a classe, mas o problema é confirmar se corrigiu o problema...
