Está tentando fazer um deploy em um device (ou simulador) onde já está instalado seu app?

Se sim, procure desinstalar seu aplicativo e refazer o deploy.

Se a memória não me falha, já tive esse problema quando estava trabalhando com flavors no Android Studio + gradle.
