Ambos foram desenvolvidos com linguagem nativa de cada plataforma.

Sempre opto pela linguagem nativa, já que cada plataforma possui particularidades diferentes, guidelines de desing diferentes também. 

E tecnicamente, apesar dessas ferramentas possuirem um bom desempenho, acredito que não tenha nada que seja mais rápido e eficiente quanto desenvolver utilizando a linguagem nativa e compiladores da própria plataforma.
