Vc pode salvar um arquivo json em algum pasta e, dentro da pasta pelo terminal, "python -m SimpleHTTPServer". Dentro do Android vc acessa algo como
-- http://<SEU IP NA REDE LOCAL>:8000/<SEU ARQUIVO>.json
