Isso vai filtrar por tamanho da tela. Da pra usar como filtro pra tablets como diz ali. Mas o importante é porque tu quer filtrar? Tem quem use um Galaxy Note 8 como telefone, mas ele tem uma tela de 8 polegadas.
Não sei o que teu app faz e nem pq tu quer filtrar. Se for só por causa do tamanho da tela, a solução enviada pelo Thiago deve resolver.
