Há um tempo atrás quando testei publicar somente a versão beta não bastava somente repassar a URL. Era necessário criar um grupo e somente as pessoas desse grupo poderiam acessar àquela URL. Como falei, faz um tempo. Não sei se mudou.

Obrigado por testar, vc tentou a partir do celular? Se fez isso tenta abrir com o google play e não com o browser, pois tou tento o mesmo erro quanto tento abrir o link pelo browser no celular. Se der jeito tenta instalar atraves do computador e escolhe o celular!
