Usa essa classe TouchImageView no lugar de um ImageView. Ela faz exatamente o que vc quer.

Galera tenho um aquivo .png de imagem de um mapa. Preciso ao clicar num botão essa imagem abra na tela toda com possibilidade de zoom e tal... Alguem ja viu algo assim? N consegui achar nenhuma referencia...--Alguem conhece??
