Esse é um problema chato do linux x64, se sua maquina tiver até 8g de ram recomendo nem perder tempo com o linux 64 pra desenvolver android, os sistemas 32x reconhecem naturalmente até 8g, só o ruindows bloqueia em 2g, por tanto vale a pena usar um linux 32x, e evitar erros de lib32.
