vc deu open alguma vez ? ele cria qdo vc da o open.
mesmo q vc nao faca nada, da open e close, pra ele criar.

Criei a classe DatabaseHelper que extende SQLiteOpenHelper e depois uma classe que extende de Application onde instancio um objeto DatabaseHelper mas o BD não cria.--O que pode ser?
