Job Description
Business System Analyst - Skills • Has an overall knowledge on Security Engineering domain.

• Gathers/documents system requirements from Application owners/SME's on various tools in Security Engineering domain .

• Need to analyze and document business processes relevant to systems projects and improves processes where appropriate

• Ensuring that the solution being designed truly meets the needs and expectations of users

• Evaluating release quality for product changes and proposing test strategies to address any risks

• Adaptable to new technology needs based on client requirements

• Prepare and execute acceptance test plans.

•Co-ordinate user acceptance testing.

• Perform business service monitoring (BSM).

• Gather BSM requirements and develop user stories

• Co-ordinate with onsite and offshore team for work stack

• Communication with management on periodic status updates and any escalations needs.

• Ensure timely review and approval of the work assigned

• Ensure timely clarification on queries and issues raised.

• Conduct impact analysis of issues logged , prioritize and ensure that timely resolution is provided.
