Job Description:

v  Business Systems Analyst At least 8+ years overall industry experience.

v  Prior experience in Mortgage domain.

v  Excellent written & verbal communication

v  Excellent client interfacing skills

v  Ability to articulate business needs in system architecture discussions.

v  Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies

v  Experience working with offshore/onshore resources

v  Ability to work in team environment.

v  Experience with modelling business requirements into system specifications.

v  Experience with modelling system specifications into test cases.

v  Experience with software/tool modernization and process improvement projects

v  Proven ability to handle and deliver large/complex projects on time

v  Java background preferred

v  Tools - like Visio, knowledge of any business process modelling tools or loan origination products like Encompass an added advantage though not mandatory
