We have an immediate requirement for Sr. US IT Recruiter & BDM positions. Please find the below job description.

Job Description:

Designation : Sr. US IT Recruiter

Experience : 3-7 Years

Location: Madhapur (Hyderabad)

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST

Salary: 2-6 Lakhs per Annum

Responsibilities:

·         Hands on experience in complete recruitment life cycle.

·         Must have 3 to 7 Yrs experience on W2, C2C, 1099.

·         Helping team in creating and maintaining potential database.

·         Placing of US Green Cards & Citizens.

·         Understanding of current technologies and upgrading of new technologies.

·         Recruiting through job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate relationship and referrals.

·         Working on deadlines.

·         Reference checking for candidate to ensure their authenticity and relevance.

·         Coordinate salary expectations, counter offer, benefits and interview.

·         Should be comfortable working on high volume requirements.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills and go-getter attitude

Roll for BDM:

·         6+ years of Business development experience within the high-tech staffing field in US Staffing Industry.

·         Must have experience in developing and maintaining direct client accounts (Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.)

·         Should be responsible to handle the technical recruiter's team and facilitate them to achieve their individual and team targets.

·         Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.

·         Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.

·         Should be able to work independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets 

·         Expert level technical recruitment skills.

·         Superior communication and customer service skills both written and verbal

·         Excellent time management skills

·         Outstanding problem solving ability

·         Microsoft Word and Excel and PC based knowledge

Pay Scale: 6-10 Lakhs per Annum
